After-sale service terms

1. Customers could offer your packing request for all above welding machine.
2. Customers could offer your request for the mark and the color on both machine surface and packing.
3. All quotaion would be offered basing on the machine and all accessaries. You could choose or not choose some accessaries, we would offer you the new quotation for the modification.
4. All machines would be inverter technology.
5. All machines would be with the Huaao self-production and Huaao self-technology.
6. Huaao welding would supply the main spare parts for repair and exchange for 1 year warranty and will send spare parts by the next order or by other transportation with freight collect at end of receiver. Free spare parts will be send with order cargo if your purchase quantity in 10 multiples, 10 pcs for 1 set, 20 pcs for 2 sets... (refer below)
7. *For the distributors, the after sales services would be that we would send our technicists to your company for maintain and repair for every half a year for 2 yrs 6 mths     warranty.
8. For other districts, we will supply the after sales service basing on item No.6 for general customers; Huaao welding will supply the after sales service basing on item No.7 for distributors, and Huaao welding would supply the technicians repair service for joint venture partner company and country monopolize distributor.
9. All the technicians repair service would be basing on the accommodation arrange from receiver.
10. Huaao welding will list the favourable purchase terms to distributors.
11. Huaao welding will support distributors for the exhibition participating.
12. Huaao welding will arrange the production prior for the cargo of distributor.
13. Huaao welding technology department would design and redesign the machines basing on customer’s request.
14. Huaao welding offer the OEM service basing on the request of customers, free repair accessaries can be sent with the direct order shipment, but no more service of after sales.
15. For the OEM service, Huaao welding will still offer the whole 1 year warranty if Huaao welding can not satisfy the relative certificates request.

* if quantity of order per time would not be integral multiple of 10, free spare parts would be supplied basing on the integral multiple of 10.
